Accommodation

• Accommodation is available for the delegates and their spouse/guests in University Guest Houses, Guest Houses of other Institutions and Hotels.
• Different Categories of hotels along with their tariff are listed below. It is requested to kindly indicate your preference of hotels in the space provided in the Accommodation form.
• Rooms in the hotel will be booked on first come first served basis. For confirmed accommodation it is requested to send the enclosed Accommodation Form duly filled along with hotel deposit (one night’s tariff) to Organising Secretary, ICBFH-2010, latest by December 15, 2009. Request for hotel reservation received after December 15, 2009 can not be guaranteed at the same rate.
• All requests for cancellations of registration or hotel reservations must be received in writing by the Organizing Secretary by post only. Cancellations will not be accepted by any other means.
• In case of cancellation request received up to December 31, 2009, 20% of the payment will be deducted as administrative charges. Cancellation request received after the above date will be subjected to a deduction of one day’s tariff from the deposit.
